The station features massive fretted pylons faced with pink marble on the exterior and with black Davalu marble in the passageway to the platforms. Bronze floor-lamps
decorate the pylon niches faced with ophicalcite. The walls of the platform are adorned with blue glazed tiles with a stripe of black marble. The floor was initially riveted with Belarusian motives
but the covering was later replaced by black and grey granite.
There is a bust of Vladimir Lenin at the end of the central hall.
In 1952, a staircase was built in the central hall of the station to provide transfer to Belorusskaya station on Koltsevaya (Circle) Line.
